RNA-TARGETED SMALL MOLECULES
An RNA-targeted small molecule company
xFOREST Therapeutics is an RNA-targeted small molecule biotech startup founded in Kyoto in May 2020. We find selective small molecules for RNA structures that protein-first discovery cannot reach, and advance them into programs internally and with pharmaceutical partners.
The company is not a nucleic-acid therapeutics company. The aim is to let small molecules do what only ASOs and siRNAs can do today: selectively modulate RNA targets, while keeping the dosing and administration advantages of small molecules.
