"Designing selective RNA medicines for any disease target."
Our ultimate goal is to enable small molecules to do what only ASOs and siRNAs can do today: selectively modulate RNA targets. Powered by our extensive data on RNA-binding affinity and selectivity, we aim to offer a new class of RNA-targeted therapeutics with the advantages that only small molecules can provide.
RNA folds into structures that control translation, splicing and stability. Those functional structures can create selective recognition sites for small molecules.
