Job Description

  • Wet-lab research, dry (computational) research, or both

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of biotechnology (undergraduate level)

Preferred Skills

  • Research experience in biochemistry, organic chemistry, or computer science
  • Basic to moderate level or higher PC skills such as Microsoft Office
  • English communication, reading comprehension of articles and documents, etc.

Duration

  • Several months to several years is anticipated (frequency is negotiable)

Treatment

  • Hourly wage: Variable according to experience and ability (1,200 JPY ~ 2,500 JPY / hour)
  • Place of work: Kyoto (Kamigyo/Fushimi-ward)
  • Other: Incentive pay is provided for publication of papers / patent

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (not required)
  • Taking the initiative on the development theme
  • Carrying out the work with a sense of responsibility
  • Willing to actively absorb and communicate new knowledge
