  We use it only for recruitment selection and to contact you about your application. Application materials are reviewed only by the staff involved in recruiting.

External services we use

Form submissions are stored and handled using external cloud services. The equipment of these services may be located outside Japan.

Security measures

This website and the form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Information we hold is stored so that only the staff who need it for their work can access it.

How long we keep it

Information from an inquiry is kept only for as long as we need it to reply and to follow up. Application materials, including the CV/résumé, are deleted within one year of the end of the selection process.

Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension of use, and complaints

To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to raise a complaint about how we handle it, please write to us through the contact form. We will confirm that the request comes from you and then respond. We do not charge a fee for these requests.
